New Guidelines
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19 PLEASE READ
Along with the sterility of my studio, the health and safety of my clients is always imperative. With the purpose to help stop the spread of COVID-19 changes have been made to shop protocols and procedures to align with WorkSafe BC’s safety plan guidelines. They are as follows.
- In adherence to social distancing guidelines , traffic within the studio will be reduced by tattooing one client per day. Consultations will be done online, or over the phone. Waive and release forms will be completed online to reduce handling of surfaces.
- Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, and limit the amount of items you bring with you, aside from essentials like food and water. As always, food items of any kind will be kept away from the tattooing area.
- Upon entering the studio all clients will be asked to put on a disposable mask provided by the studio or come prepared with one. All clients will also be asked to put on hand sanitizer provided to you at the entrance of the studio. I will also be wearing a mask.
- All high traffic surfaces such as door handles, light switches, faucets etc, will be disinfected regularly throughout the day.
- As always, sterilization and disinfection of the tattoo station will be conducted before and after each tattoo. Single use disposable barriers will continue to be used as well. My hands will be washed and sanitized between every re-application of gloves.
- If you have been experiencing any flu or cold like symptoms such as, coughing, fever, sneezing, sore throat, runny nose, fatigue OR you have been in contact with anyone with these symptoms please contact me to reschedule your appointment for a later date. This also applies to anyone who has been aboard an aircraft , or has travelled outside of the province within the last 14 days.
- Please refrain from using public transit as a means to get to your appointment, instead drive yourself OR have someone within your household drive you to your appointment.
- All payment of tattoos will be accepted via e-transfer to avoid the hand in hand exchange of cash.
- For the purpose of improving air quality, air circulation and ventilation will be increased by the use of an air outtake fan and opening windows.
This thorough list of procedures will be posted within the shop in addition to being sent via email to each client prior to their appointment.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for respecting the guidelines. I look forward to safely tattooing each and everyone of you!
